“You’re a shoe! You’re a shoe! You’re a shoe!”

Have you ever been under the stress of people’s opinions? Are you sick of their suggestions or ideas? People- even ourselves- tend to express feelings of anything we see or hear, but this doesn’t gives us the right to tell people what they should or shouldn’t do because that’s their lives not ours!

I did lots of research and saw many videos that tell you how to solve the whole criticism issue and how to ignore stupid opinions that you hear sometimes.  They were good videos and i can link them to if you want but you know what I discovered? these videos and essays talk about someone’s experience.  these people tell you their stories and how did they got over the people’s opinions or judgments.  They don’t talk about you! you should talk about you.  You should figure out away to feel better and remember what Rachel- in the very first episode of friends- said, “Daddy! Daddy listen to me! It’s like all my life everyone’s told me, “You’re a shoe! You’re a shoe! You’re a shoe!” Well, what if I don’t want to be a shoe? What if I wanna be a purse or a hat? No I don’t want you to buy me a hat, I’m saying I am a hat. It’s a metaphor Daddy”! Don’t get it wrong, the girl has a point!

believe me, It starts with you and I have to tell you It’s very very very hard to ignore the What You Have to Do comments but try, It worth the try! So what do you do when you face similar situations?
